Project Manager Events

In this function you will build our events and other brand experiences on location. You start your day in Delft and drive to the most beautiful and crazy locations throughout the Netherlands and beyond! You are the face of Boozed and the point of contact for our customers. To do this, switch with the planning & account managers. You also make sure the team has the right skills and works most efficiently. Together, you quickly and easily build up the most outstanding projects.

What are you going to do?

  • In the heat, you know how to keep the course and don't lose sight of your details. You move agilely between the customer, team members and suppliers.
  • Hard work is not a problem, the project must and will succeed.
  • You ensure the proper distribution of the tasks to be performed
  • You take a coaching leadership style and control and steer where necessary
  • You load the truck/truck/trailer and grab another nice cup of coffee for the road.
  • That empty hall in the RAI, for example, you and your colleagues effortlessly turn into a super cool festival square.
  • Laying floors, placing furniture, mounting signs or decorating green walls; The variety makes you happy. But you like it even better to teach your colleagues all this.
  • One day you get to your knees in the blubber and work hard, the other time you're more driving.
  • Back on the case you evaluate the completed project and discuss the next job so that you are well prepared.

Who are you?

  • You have experience in a similar role, preferably for 3-5 years in events, construction, or totally fantastic: stand construction
  • You got a coaching leadership style.
  • Your above average knowledge of tools
  • You're communicative. You can easily connect with different types of people
  • You are in possession of a driving licence B but BE, C or CE would be absolutely great (or you are willing to go get one of these licenses)
  • You are flexible and enjoy changing working hours and hours.
  • You're strong in your shoes, proactive, energetic and incredibly inquisitive.
  • You can work independently with a good dose of responsibility.
  • You can work well with colleagues. We're a team and that's how we work.
  • You live 30 km away from Delft. Finer for you and more sustainable!

Peak moments

We are always super busy in the months of May, June and September, so we can use your help! But December, January, April, October and November are not bad either. In these months you can therefore work a lot to make extra money, even if you are in between jobs or studies!
