Planning Lead

As Planning Lead, you are ultimately responsible for our operational planning and capacity distribution. You make sure that the right people are in the right place at the right time and that our projects are not only well thought out, they also remain viable.

At Boozed, everything happens at once.
You make it work.

You focus on the planning of the outdoor service, on- and off-site and execution of events and fairs. You work with our planner, who takes care of the daily planning. You monitor the overview, set priorities and make choices when it gets exciting.

In crowds, absences or complex situations, you jump in and plan where necessary. You switch daily with project management, execution and the Workflow Manager Studio to ensure that design and execution are seamlessly connected.

Who are you?

You are someone who keeps an overview, quickly switches and takes a team to a successful end result.

  • You have at least 5 years of experience planning in a dynamic environment (events, logistics or production)
  • You keep an overview, even if everything happens at once
  • You dare to make choices and take responsibility
  • You can easily communicate with different teams
  • You are both strategic and hands-on strong
