Google Cloud AI
For Google Cloud AI Live, we transformed Taets into a fresh and colourful event world in which technology, meeting and experience came together. With the recognizable colours of Google Cloud, lots of green and a touch of festival atmosphere, the event got a playful, inviting look.
On behalf of 2Become Events we arranged the interiors and the outdoors. From food stands and bars to lounges, partner zones and informal meeting places: Each part was given its own function, but remained clearly part of the same whole.
From food court to partner zone
Spread over the location, we realized several areas where visitors could eat, network, share knowledge and recharge. The food stands were built as recognizable destinations, with own signing, branding and styling.
The partner zones also got their own place within the design. Due to open wooden frames, green partitions and different types of seating and standing tables, the spaces remained accessible and inviting.
Space to meet
Between the content program there was plenty of room for spontaneous conversation. That's why we created different lounges with colorful sofas and armchairs, long tables, bistro sets and quiet sitting areas between the greenery.
The interior was deliberately playful and varied. From a striking pink lip sofa to warm wooden furniture and colorful chairs: Each corner offered a different atmosphere and reason to take a seat.
From Impression to Reality
The SketchUp impressions formed the basis for the final execution. In several design rounds we refined the design together with the parties involved. From minor changes to larger adjustments: Step by step, the event world took its final form.
The colourful zones, open frames, green elements and different meeting spots were recognizably reflected in the final result. With surfing, lighting and the arrival of visitors, the design became an energetic event environment.
Inside and outside
The event experience went on outside. Stretchcloths, food trucks, picnic tables, beanbags and informal seating places created a relaxed outdoor area where visitors could have lunch, chat and make new connections. Here the festival atmosphere came to its own.
Flags and signing made the route recognizable and made sure that the look of Google Cloud AI Live was clearly visible on arrival.

"Google Cloud AI 2026 was one of the larger projects I designed at Boozed. As you can see, we have made a lot of use of different colors and this event could also have a small festival look. That's the combination I love to design.
The best part of the design was the AI theme. This is reflected in all AI blobs and AI prints.
