Annual event
For the annual event, Taets Art & Event Park turned into a lively environment for content, meeting and new ideas for several days. We created various studios, food stands and attractive indoor and outdoor spaces.
With lots of greenery, warm lighting, colourful floor surfaces and natural materials, an inviting event world emerged in which visitors easily moved from one room to another.
A square where everything comes together
The central square formed the heart of the event. Here visitors came through between the sessions for coffee, lunch and good conversations.
Large trees, wooden constructions, small greenhouses and different seating areas brought atmosphere and gave the large space a human scale. Open meeting places were alternated with quieter corners to recharge or catch up.
Each studio has its own atmosphere
Distributed about Taets we designed and set up different studios for talks, presentations and break-outs. Each room asked for a different approach.
From informal settings with tree trunk seats to larger studios with full seat settings: The device was always connected to the function of the room. Green lighting and recognizable materials made sure that the different studio performances remained visually connected.

Putting down such an experience? From the first idea to the last styling details, we like to build with you.
Food stands full of character
Food stands were also part of the overall experience. The Bakery, Superette and various warm food concepts each got their own look, with recognizable colours, signing and decorative details.
By combining customization with natural materials and atmospheric styling, the stands felt like small destinations within the event. Not only a place to get something, but also to stick around.
The experience goes on outside
The event world didn't stop at the doors of Taets. Outside we also brought atmosphere with greenery, flags, lighting and wooden elements.
Entrance, outdoor area, studios and central meeting places became part of the same experience and visitors could move freely through the location during the various event days.
CEO Kim speaking
"After months of preparation by our team, FK Projects and all other partners involved, it was extremely cool to experience the event as a guest on 31 January. On this closing day no fewer than 1,400 members gathered for a day full of content, meeting and inspiration.
From the first moment, the whole experience was right. From the arrival at the parking lot, the impressive converted bar and the transport by bus to Taets, to the reception on location. Every detail was considered. For example, the specially developed buttons and pins directly provided interaction. Visitors went to exchange enthusiastically with each other, creating connection from the moment they arrived.
There was also a strong programme in substance. A beautiful plenary section with inspiring speakers, including the mayor of Rotterdam, was interspersed with various break-outs on sustainability, social cohesion and societal themes.
It remains special to enter a project that has been so intensively worked on for months. Compliments to FK Projects, our own team and all relevant suppliers. As far as I am concerned, this second edition for the members was once again an absolute success."
Project manager Sifra speaking
"Very nice to be part of this wonderful, annual event again! Taets Art and Event Park is well-known for us, but this time we were really allowed to unpack: from all the different spaces on site to a huge tent that we completely transformed into a central catering area.
Together with Hot Pepper, we realized several creative food stations that perfectly matched the atmosphere of the event. With several on-, on- and off days it was a big logistical puzzle, but one that fell beautifully. It was a very nice collaboration and an end result that I am very proud of!"
