End of year event Hidden Gems
Sometimes you step into an event and forget where you are. Hidden Gems was exactly like that night. On December 18, 2025, Het Sieraad transformed in Amsterdam into a mysterious world full of glittering, drama and discovery.
For New Balls Please we created a total experience in which 850 international employees did not just visit a party ... but ended up in the middle.
A night you don't explain, but feel
From the first moment the tone was set: masks on. Lights low. Music on. Enter the unknown. Guests wandered past hidden spaces, dark sights and sparkling details that always offered something new. Not a standard eventflow, but an experience that made you curious to look further.
The theme Hidden Gems was the theme of the evening. From the moodboard of the client we translated the concept into a world of character inspired by gemstones like Ruby, Emerald and Opal.
It's okay to get lost here.
By dividing the location into different theme spaces, constant movement arose. People moved from atmosphere to atmosphere, discovered new details and were surprised by what was hidden behind the next passage. And that's exactly what made it exciting: no fixed route, no predictability. Just discover.

Materials that gave the experience a boost
From shimmering floor finishes to meters of beautiful fabrics and custom made gemstones: Every detail contributed to that mysterious, luxurious atmosphere. The emphasis was on rich materials and a high level of finish.
Among other things:
• Custom gems like eyecatchers
• Rich canvases for extra depth and atmosphere
• Extended surf with stickers and gluing
• Glitter details incorporated in the floor finish
The power was not only in the scale of the event, but precisely in the combination of grand statements and small discoveries.
Project manager Nancy looks back
"Best thing about this project? That people kept discovering. Every room had its own energy and something new happened everywhere. Despite its size and complexity, the event didn't feel massive. Personally, surprisingly and compellingly. And if even this critical target group is impressed... then you know it's true."
