Trend lunch by Hot Pepper
During our event, 55 guests, mainly top-level IDEA-branded, enjoyed an inspiring lunch from 12:30 to 13:30. The Menu of Hot Pepper Composed of hand-rolled savoury cannolis, tin cups with tomato sorbet, fried basil and burrata, live prepared pasta with fresh winter truffle and as dessert a "lifelike" lemon with a coulis of homemade limoncello based on lost lemon. The atmosphere on the square was cozy and the conversations were extremely valuable. We are grateful for the fantastic reactions and hope to inspire our guests together for future events!

Bites by The Food Line-up
At the La Dolce Vita Piazza visitors enjoyed an Italian line-up composed by The Food Line-up. Three Italian makers took you through different moments of the day: from breakfast to drinks.

The day began with Italian sweets like maritozzi: a soft brioche, filled with fresh whipped cream. During lunch, mini cappellacci... with aubergine and basil oil were on the menu. And in the afternoon, The Food Line-up surprised with Italian gelato... flavors like olive oil and gorgonzola. Guests discovered Italian flavors at any time of the day.

Trentalk by Jan Trendman
On our square Jan Agelink, trendforecaster and co-founder of Buro Jantrendman, an inspiring Trentalk about designs for meeting. He showed how events can act as a third space, an informal place outside work and at home where people come together and connect through play, sensory experiences and interactive technology. At 11:00 and 14:00 he shared his knowledge with 200 visitors, making events temporary communities in which people feel truly connected. Thanks, Jan!

Materials and customisation

Instagramable stand construction
The square was built with a combination of stand construction and our rental items: Boozed's way to create creative and sustainable stands. In collaboration with our permanent standbuilding partner Erik van Winden we created a lifelike Italian square, with:

  • a coffee kiosk with cozy canopies
  • a picturesque street with clotheslines
  • meeting rooms with lemon wallpaper
  • a photobooth with cozy vespa
  • a stage on the church square

Custom merry-go-round
In a short time, we also realized in our workshop an eyecatcher made to measure: an XXL mill. Our technical designers worked closely with Firma Buitelaar to develop a sturdy frame that is also easy to build and build. Thank you so much for this wonderful collaboration!
