Working from home. That was quite an adjustment! Create a good workplace, maintain contact with your colleagues, distraction in the house or work for far too long without breaks. But in the meantime we have found our way and we also see the positive aspects of homework!
The expectation is that part of working from home will become the norm in many organizations. We then come to the office to meet, brainstorm, get inspiration or to work quietly when this is not possible at home.
At Boozed we have also identified the wishes of our team regarding working at home or in the office. Many colleagues choose to work from home 2 days a week.
In anticipation of this development, we started to rethink and restore our office. Obviously a combination of fixed workplaces and more flex spots. But especially more space to brainstorm with the team, to work together or to work quietly. But also relaxation, fun and sport are elements that come back to the new design.
A word that actually comes back to us every time; The office will be the clubhouse. A place to share experiences, work together on new projects and occasionally listen to the "hopman of akela."
The experience when colleagues come to the office is central. A nice atmosphere, health and inspiration adds to this; think of lots of greenery, large work tables, but also small corners, an open kitchen to have lunch / drinks together and a place for relaxation; sports, games etc.
Boozed likes to think along with you to come up with cool and suitable solutions for your office. This can be in the area of design, choice of materials, up to the realization.
