Boozed has been moving with the market for more than 20 years, we do so by continuously investing in an original rental range, an extensive team of creative professionals as well as efficiency in logistics and warehousing.
Since January 1st we have a special Fire Warehouse of 1100m2 which is used to store brand materials from our customers. This new location, just a 2-minute drive from the head office, is well-stocked, but also offers sufficient space to expand existing and new customers.
As a result, we have been working on a storage management tool in recent years. As a trusted event partner of many brands, we have experienced with our clients how complex it can be to have insight and overview of materials stored externally. Often there are several partners where materials are stored (external) and changing staff, thus losing a lot of knowledge (internal).
To offer more convenience and overview to our partners we have the Brandportal This is why the Commission's proposal for a directive is so important. This is a protected online environment, which is linked to our ERP system which makes brand materials including stocks transparent 24/7. The Brandportal is easy to use on both computer, tablet and mobile and offers additional information such as dimensions and images in addition to a daily current stock overview. In the Brandportal you can also create wish lists and place an order immediately. This gives our partners the freedom and speed to switch quickly on location or in conversation with clients.
