Experience design is the way to create a memorable user experience for (potential) customers. Over the past two decades we have mainly created customized experiences for live events (live you can stimulate all the senses of the visitors and give them an experience that leaves an indelible impression) Yet the past year has shown that event experience can also be successful online and at hybrid events, provided you have this 360° The Commission's position is as follows:
Experience design goes much further than events alone, it is on the one hand to come to the core of the brand and to convey these brand values consistently and on the other hand to be genuinely involved with the user. This requires customization, a personalised approach closely linked to a 360° approach, perhaps equivalent to hampered by multichannel debt. This last term is not just some marketing term, but a mindset that must be worn by the whole company.

It translates into the design of the item, the packaging, the shopping shelves or complete shop and all the contact moments there are with the user. Think of Nike or Apple, where users are stimulated, challenged and inspired, they recognize themselves in the brand identity, share the brand voice and really want to be part of this community.
Within the type of projects that we have implemented over the past period, we see an increase in projects in which experience design key is; a place to show what you stand for as a brand and to connect to the user. Examples include offices (club-house decor), catering facilities (with fire), Cash & Carry (senseful displays) shop design (a.o. concept/pop-up stores, shop in shops) and mobile initiatives such as a converted truck. Each and every cool creation we have designed and built, our creative heart beats faster!
A nice side effect (we find) is that customized experiences stay much longer in this way than at events. This way users enjoy it longer and we also think about the environment.
Curious if we can achieve a great experience for your brand together? We like to exchange thoughts through a team session or one of those other channels 😉
