By Boozed | Experience design is high on the agenda for sustainability. We are proud to share what we all do to reduce our impact on the environment and to contribute to a better future.
We are pleased to report that after 1.5 years of preparation we have finally reached the analysis phase of our B-corp certification.
But what exactly does that B-corp certification entail? It is an international label for companies that focus not only on making profits, but also on contributing to a better world. Through this process, companies are forced to look critically at themselves and improve their impact. It is an important goal for us to achieve this certification, because we want to take responsibility to make a positive impact on the world around us.
To help us work in this analysis phase together with Better-Future and with our Boozers from different departments, we have put together a design team to think along in further shaping and acquiring the B-corp thoughts within our company to further enhance our positive impact on the environment and society now and in the future.
Early this year, we launched our first magazine. We have paid attention to the cooperation with Signed, our partner in the field of signing and branding. Together we are constantly looking for ways to use sustainable materials that are less harmful to the environment. We have set ourselves the goal of taking the lead in the field of sustainability within our industry, and the use of environmentally friendly materials is an important step. Because the whole chain is needed to make a difference. (Are you curious about our magazine? Look at him. here.)
But sustainability is not just about the environment. It is also about our social responsibility. That's why we work with Werkse! to give people with a distance to the labour market the opportunity to gain work experience and develop themselves further within our team. We think it is important to contribute to an inclusive society and are very happy with the commitment and enthusiasm of the employees of Werkse! within our team.
Sustainability is not a fashion grill for us, but an important part of our business. We aim to reduce our impact in every area. From reducing waste to reducing our CO2 emissions and making our business processes sustainable.
We are proud of the steps we have taken and remain committed to a better future.
